Wake Up and Smell the Coffee
We live and breathe Coffee! The smell of freshly brewed coffee is one of the best things to get us up and moving every morning. 'Coffee' isn't just 'Coffee'. We've made it our quest to find the best coffee beans. We source premium green coffee beans direct from the farmers in their respective countries. We then carefully hand roast each 300gram batch to perfection. Once you have tried our single estate coffee, you will never look back. Coffee is similar to wine in that every farm is different. The flavour of the coffee is driven by so many variables, the soil, the height of the plantation, it's position to the sun and many more. So let us take you on a journey, one that I hope you will enjoy and find your perfect cup of coffee...

This is pretty important information, because no matter how good the coffee is, if you don't have the right grind of beans for the right machine your coffee can taste weak or bitter. So we've put together a basic guide to steer you through this minefield.
Bean to Cup Machine
Lets get the easiest one out of the way. This machine does it all for you and good ones will basically key in the grind for your perfect cup.
Espresso Machines
If you’re lucky enough to have a fully fledged espresso machine to experiment on, you should opt for our Espresso or fine grind. This will give you a deep concentrated intense coffee, great with milk and for making coffee shop style drinks at home.
Cafetière
The trusty old cafetière. French for ‘coffee maker'. We all have one of these lurking in the back of our cupboard. It’s simple to use and makes great coffee. Just select this option and we will do it all for you. The grind is medium to coarse - slightly finer than rock salt.
Stove Top (Moka Pot)
Stovetop coffee makers are great for lots of reasons. They're cheap, compact, and simple. If you’re delicate and vigilant, they can produce some great coffee. But, take your eye off the ball and it can over extract. We don't currently have an option for this grind, which is in between cafetière and espresso for the purist. But we have tried Moka Pots with our cafetière grind and have had great results. If you would like a custom grind doing we are happy to oblige and just select beans, send us a message and we will do the rest.
We’re here to help you make the most of your coffee experience and the equipment you have. You’ll taste coffee like you’ve never tasted it and with a little help from us discover the perfect cup for you.
Enjoy your coffee
our commitment to you
All of our beans are roasted by hand to order, in batches of no more than 300g. We aim to roast your beans the day after you have placed your order and get them off to you the day after.
